We had the WORST service there a few days ago. They even talked badly about my grandmother right in front of us. There was no sense of urgency or customer service. The follow up phone call to discuss it was even worse. The "niece" that works there literally laughed on the phone and said that she can treat customers however she wants because she's the owner's niece, and talking to him would do no good.
