Drop vehicle off at 9am for an “appointment” 4pm rolls around vehicle has never been touched. Called at noon to check the status employee basically lied to me and said they had it pulled in working on it now. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that values your time and follows an appointment as scheduled.
Extremely bad customer service. Did business with them several years ago and was very pleased. Fellow at the counter was nice and the job was well done. What happened? I felt discrimiated from the time I walked in the store. I will never go back.
Terrible customer service from front desk clerk Cameron. From the start my husband tried calling to request a quote, Cameron was not helpful-we gave him grace and figured he was busy, I took our car in for the appointment and Cameron did not greet and asked “what do you want?” I told him we had an appointment, he asked what I wanted, I asked for carbon and he gave me the form to complete, I let him know Melloy Honda sent us for a discount and I requested total amount with discount and tax, he gave me $162.28.
