Horrible customer service. Your first impression should always be the best. Definitely the gal at the front is in the wrong career field. My truck was finished an hour ago and they had me wait a whole hour. The gal stated she tried calling... while all that time I sat in their waiting area. No doubt I'm going to take my business else where. I tried asking to speak with the manager but was told he/she was unavailable. This business does not care about customer service. Very satisfied with the tint. Professional customer service. Highly recommend.
Customer services was a disappointment. The young native lady was rude,mind you she was talking on the phone and told us to fill out the form the top and sign. There was no specific details what or where to fill out. I had questions she right off tells me to "tone myself down". I know I didn't raise my voice or speak aggressively, just with questions.
