Excellent and thorough work, very knowledgeable. Will hire again
Worst experience I've had in a very long time . Hired Squeege Squad to clean our building. Hopeful from the start but things slowly went south. Unresponsive, didn't have an organized plan from the start and not even halfway done they revised the estimate and left our building during the day because the job was "too tough/expensive". 0 stars if I could.
Very poor job. If i could give the zero stars i would. Hired the squeegee squad to service my home and office. Incomplete cleaning at office. Had to have them come back. Left dirty hand prints on interior walls, a mess on the floor/counter-tops and the windows were not thoroughly cleaned. They even left hand prints on the glass as well. At my residence there was dirt left on the inside of home and windows weren't that clean. Called the owner, Marcello, to make him aware of issues. rude,really poor quality and complained when they had to come back out would never use them again
The crew from Squeegee Squad were courteous, thorough and thoughtful. They had all the equipment needed to reach our windows reaching as high as 20 feet, unlike several previous window washing companies. They even we're able to accept a credit card for payment.
