Something or someone scratched My brand new car at this car wash… Management hung up on me! Would not offer me any alternatives… And told me that I was probably somebody randomly calling in and that anybody could do that and blame their car wash. Do not go here! They are not touchless! Horrible customer service.I’ve spent too much money here to be treated the way that I was just treated.
Got my truck washed by them today before I went home and my trucks paint got ripped off! They are saying it was like that before I washed it. I have photos of it not like that until after I washed my truck today! There customers service told me to F**k off and will not fix my truck nor take responsibility of what happened! Would not use them again! P.S I been going there for 5 years so I thought they be nice and help me out and fix this but nope there management said they are not at fault
