These guys did a good job on cleaning my windows. This is not for the reason of the low rating. What prompted this rating was that halfway through their services members of the crew started to talk about and solicit tips from me for their work. I thought this was completely distasteful and unprofessional. They weren't even done with their work and were already asking for a gratuity!!! I mean, seriously?!?!?!
