I booked an early morning Move Out cleaning with Squeaky Clean 9 days in advance. I had to handover the house to the landlord that day. Squeaky Clean confirmed the booking. I called after a couple of days to ensure the booking was done and they confirmed that it was. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Squeaky Cleaning. Booked a full clean of an empty house for an ownership changeover the next day. Appointment was confirmed twice leading up to the cleaning day. Appointment was for 5PM, and at 4PM I received a call that they're not coming and they can't reach the team that was scheduled to come. Was offered a refund as compensation, though the service was not yet paid for and they offered to come at a later date, though I would no longer own the property then.
