My second time using the service, both times very good jobs. This most recent time I was preparing to move out, and they helped my roommate in a manner above and beyond expectations, organizing items as they were cleaning, and they left the apartment spotless, which was great relief to me and my landlord. Im very unsatisfied ! They didn’t even have 1% respect to their own word when they took my number to give to supervisor to call me back! They never told me 8h work means 2 people of 4h! I have Kristine who was dealing with me. She wrote DEEP CLEANIN OF KITCHEN! But the 2 person she sent told me they. DONT UNDERSTAND WT IS DEEP CLEANING! And the just have to clean the surface! I used Squeeky Clean services to arrange a cleaning for my boss' house. This was a VERY last minute arrangement and Squeeky Clean services were there to help us in our hour of need. They were able to arrange something for just 2 days after we connected with them and pulled a team together super quickly to address our needs. They were even able to get us booked for earlier in the day than originally scheduled, which was a big help!
