I had a garage epoxy floor install done two years ago. Less than a year later, I noticed 4-5 quarter sized places that the paint had peeled off. I had Squeaky Clean install it because they offered and still advertise that there is a lifetime warranty on the product. Well, I have contacted Chad and Brad on numerous times for the last year and get the same response. No response. Buyer be warned. Do not support Squeaky Clean since they cannot be trusted and lie in their advertising.
So dissapointed in their work. After being so happy with work done 2 years ago we called them back. Despite higher charges. Seems company has been sold to another and their ethics are not up to the former . I would like to retract this posting. After letting this company know we were unhappy with the window cleaning, they immediately called and quickly came to take care of our issue. We couldn't be happier.. thank you guys!
We contracted Squeaky Clean to do an interior paint job. They came out and gave us a bid in a timely fashion. On the day they were to start, they were more than two hours late. The painters did not cover furniture nor hardwood floors. One painter even stood on a antique buffet to reach a wall. The antique piece had paint spatter and they attempted to remove the paint with alcohol and left white circles on the piece. I had to call the owner to come out things got so bad. We did everything we could to make this customer happy!! This was a very small job and they only paid for touch up on trim My guy painted all the upper trim for free We fixed the paint spots on the cabinet and there was a few scratches on the kitchen floor that polished out.. Accidents happened and I came there and went over both of them!!
