We had our windows scheduled to be cleaned yesterday Wednesday 22nd at 9:30 am….no call no show ! I called Chuck and scheduled for today at 1pm…. No call no show….. I followed up with Chuck….said his guy came by and we were not at home….we were working in the back yard! Checked our Ring…. no one has stopped by today….busted !!! Don’t do business with this company !!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As many others have mentioned. A lot of empty promises. Called to repair a broken window and was told they would have the order in a week and one month later the window still hasn't been replaced. Always had an excuse and would rather give me my money back than do his JOB. Do not trust Chuck. A waste of valuable time.

The first year I used them was great. This year they did not come close to doing what they promised. When I called to complain they said they would come out again. They never showed. This happened twice. Would never let them close to my house again.
UNKEPT PROMISES – Company came highly recommended, unfortunately the truth was no where near the reputation. First do not let them set your schedule, if your cleaning to sell your house window cleaning should come as one of the last items. Second get IN WRITING exactly what will be done, windows inside & out, screens, sills and to what standard. Have one window cleaned and inspected before continuing the job. empty promises – This window company was referred to me, and I was real excited after hearing what they were going to do. Clean windows inside and out, screens, frames and tracks. When crew showed up they didn't seem to be on the same page as the person who gave me the estimate.
