I called the owner who came to do an estimate. Told me to text her the hours needed. No answer for days. Some of her concert comments were “on “experiments” that my dad with Alzheimer’s made around the house because of his illness. When I asked her two days later from initial ignored text about the schedule, she answered she wasn’t hiring. She didn’t even register who I was. Scheduled a cleaning for Monday. Contacted Sunday asked to reschedule until Tuesday. Scheduled for Tuesday at 10AM. Did not show up nor was anyone reachable by phone. Terrible service will never use again. How can you not show up or be available?
