I prepaid 5 hrs for a deep clean apartment move out. The man they sent must have wiped down the shower knob and the sink handles and took pictures of those. He told me he needed more time to do the kitchen. I approved 2 more hours. He told me he only had enough time to do the kitchen and bath. 7 hours in the kitchen and bath - I would expect it to sparkle. Booked an appointment. Got a text asking me to change it to a different day -twice-. Someone showed up at 7am while I was still asleep and not during the time I was told. When I called to complain no one picked up. I texted them that I was not yet up or dressed and wouldn’t be letting anyone in. Told them they could come back in an hour or so. The cleaners never came back and I have not been able to reach them since. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. They literally just stop all communication. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
My house is very clean normally, and I thought I would treat myself this once and have these people come out to clean my bathrooms. I was very disappointed in the time management of the employee. It took her an hour to clean (wipe down) only the top part of my fridge, I told her to forget the freezer and oven since I feared she wouldn't get to what I really needed them for. A week ago I was upset that I had not received what I had paid for. After speaking to Curtis, the owner, he and his fiance came to my home and completly changed my outlook on this company! They even folded the tip of my toilet paper! Everything IS SQUEAKY CLEAN! I'm very pleased with how they handled the situation and when I came home, it was like a weight lifted off of my shoulders. Thank you for making it right and making my day/week!
