I have been going to squeaky clean car wash for several years. With that being said I had a car that I wouldn’t have noticed any marks or scratches on if it happened. Have a brand new car, 100% perfect shape. Went to the Liberty location and when I came out to vacuum, noticed there were scratches on the tailgate. Owner will not take responsibility. RecommendedI dont know the young guys name that is here right now, but this young man went above and beyond presoaking my truck for the wash! This young man definitely deserves some recognition. He did an amazing job!!
dont hire drunks that are gone for 40 min at a time buying pot and beer just to go back to the site and get high and trashed the rest of the shift.
Car wash put scratches and swirl marks on my car. I noticed it as soon as I drove through to the vacuum area. I immediately notified the manager on duty and he looked and told me to get estimates. Because of illness and family issues it was a month before I was able to get the estimates back to Liberty. They called me later and told me that their car wash did not cause the damage. I know it did! They are not willing to accept responsibility or do anything about the damage.....DO. NOT. USE. THIS CAR WASH!........
They guys are so nice there. I love the free vacuums and it’s nice to be able to dry my car off with the towels they provide.
Always a great wash and good service. The yearly pass is a great purchase.
Just had the big cheese at the liberty location and very disappointed!! The attendants there had poor work ethics and the young black man on passenger side almost went down the side of my paint job with his nozzle! The young white man on the drivers side didn’t even brush his side! The whole car has a film on it after it dried and I will go to Charlie’s next time !
Favorite place to wash my car, the guys are super friendly. Car is always clean when finished. Can do a monthly fee and it saves money!
