She was quick to accommodate my schedule and worked extremely hard to clean the mess that my washing machine made after it was installed incorrectly. The floor and trim, and other damages were clean with exquisite detail. During a time of chaos, I was offered some comfort and help which helps since I am disabled. I appreciate your work and assistance during this difficult time and look forward to using your services again.

Very disappointed in customer experience with Todd and Shelly. They truly didn't care at all that I was unhappy with the outcome of the service they provided. Be extremely detailed in expectations - reiterate it twice for clarity with them. I provided a list in writing and many issues still arose.
