Rude staff, rushed service, no care provided. I was charged $85 to tell the vet my dog had arthritis. She was in the room with me for less than three minutes. She asked what I wanted to do about my dog's arthritis pain... I am not a vet. When I asked the receptionist what I was paying for exactly, she said, "time with the doctor" in which no medications were prescribed and no medical advice was given. Absolute joke. Nice friendly, and clean place for your fur babies
Just returned from taking two Aussies to see Dr Agnew. Despite being very busy she took time to talk to us about our aging dog. We have been taking dogs to Dr Agnew since she joined the clinic and have long admired her clear explanations and professionalism. She’s the greatest!
wonderful staff, very helpful and caring
Great customer service and care! We just visited them for the first time to have an experienced vet deliver our English bulldogs puppies via C-section as our vet couldn’t get us in. As first time puppie parents, we were thankful they took the time to answer our questions and they got us scheduled same day as our girl went into labor and was ready! And great prices too!
I have been taking my dogs and cats to Squaw Peak Animal Hospital since 2008. My pets and I have always been treated very professionally and compassionately.
