Favorite gym in Austin!
Have asked multiple times to cancel my membership - have been ignored or told “ we will get back to you” numerous times and I keep getting charged. Nobody will help me or refund me…. Not sure why this is such a task.
Been at squatch for years. Went everytime I visited atx for work. Got a membership when I moved to Austin full time. Over the past few months one of their employees juan harassed the heck out of me and my girl friends . He’d follow me around getting super close with a mop and bucket despite the gym being empty, after I moved he followed me. he made my girl friend so uncomfortable she stopped going to the gym all together. Steph's Best: Fitness Edition! Truth be told, I’m not much of a CrossFit gal, although with a proper invitation, I’ll happily oblige. This is a large multi-purpose space with all the indoor/outdoor essentials typical CrossFitters will be looking for, plus a swank indoor space with shiny new equipment and AC! For those who dare - a VERY COLD PLUNGE for a full nervous system reset.
