I just discovered this place from a fantastic deal they had. I went to pick up my order and entered tool heaven. Everything well organized, everybrand had its section and would make it easy to compare between them. Gentleman brought my new saw out to my truck on cart and offered to help load it. Looking forward to my next visit.

Very disappointing experience with Squares Hardware. UPS delivered my order to the wrong address, and the proof-of-delivery photo clearly showed it was delivered to my neighbour’s house, not mine. When I contacted Squares Hardware, they did not offer to send a replacement or provide a real solution. I was only told that, best case, UPS might resolve it in one day. The package was eventually brought to me, but UPS later sent a driver to my door who was aggressive, disrespectful, and threatened to bring security over a mistake... read more
