I had excellent service and comfortable treatment always
I had my dental cleaning appointment i arrived a little early, and I was happy to see Mike & Ragaa gave me a tour of the clinic, and I really liked it. Ragaa made me feel so welcome and comfortable, like I wasn't a stranger-I felt at home. She was also helping the hygienist a lot because they had just moved into the new clinic, and Rajni was still figuring out where everything was
KBYG (Know Before You Go) I was hesitant on whether it's worth posting this review because I have personally resolved the issue however based on the location's recent response thought it was worth sharing my experience as a cautionary tale for future patients: In early January 2026, I paid this clinic a visit as a new patient. I have been to this dentistry their service is excellent I am very happy I want to mention that Raga was very kind and helpful and very knowledgeable with her advice definitely I will be going there regularly.
EDIT: ive left this organization. Multiple challenges at an appointment from the new office staff truly soured me. Original: I've attended this office for a year now. The hygiene team is exceptional with a gentle touch and genuine empathy. Dr. Brown has shown himself to be as capable as his reputation - kind, gentle, skilled, quick, patient, with a great sense of humor.
