Was looking for a place in Reno and Taylor in the office was very helpful and informative on all my questions and made everything very easy to understand
Just moved in and had a great experience so far. Taylor at the office was super helpful and made the whole process really easy. The place is clean, everything looks well taken care of, and it even smells fresh which was a nice surprise! Now it's time to get settled in, but first impressions are definitely positive.
I took a tour with Taylor, she was professional and answered all my questions. The property was clean!
I have lived here for a significant period and can attest to the initial quality of this establishment. However, there appears to have been a decline, possibly due to changes in management or directorship, of which residents were not informed. The high turnover rate in the front office is also a concern.
