Does not respond to any type of call , email or text. Believe the other poor reviews and steer clear.
Sorry but don’t even bother!!! Completely unresponsive- doesn’t answer emails calls or texts. Does nothing to update you on the status of your application. Basically making money off application fees for as long as he can then after you message them for weeks finally responds that the property is taken. Completely unprofessional, never once even had the decency and respect to answer anything. Has a leasing manager take the hit on the communication and she barely responds too. Not even 1 star review. I am not a former client of Mr. Brown, but recently purchased a house from one of his clients. This review is solely in relation to Mr. Brown and nothing in relation to the seller herself. The first major issue with Mr. Brown occurred following the disclosure process. After Escrow had produced the disclosure, we were informed, for the first time, of a pending appealed litigation matter, affecting the property at hand.
