I had an exterior door that hasn't closed correctly for over 15 years. It was out of alignment/adjustment from the beginning and despite several people trying (including my original builder), it has never been anything but out of adjustment. Chad from Squared Away fixed my 15 year headache in under one hour by correctly ceding the door hinges. That's all it was, but he was the only one who quickly recognized the problem and resolved it.
