Last night I went to put some stuff in my unit only to find it had been broken into. The gate hasn’t worked in months. No one on site for management or maintenance. After I found mine broken into I realized that at least 50 others had the doors ripped open and belongings scattered throughout the place. I put locks that can’t be cut on it and they ripped the latch assembly completely off of the door. Do not get a storage unit there a complete rip off and they are steady going up on the unit prices. No one on site and property is filthy.
Obtaining and maintaining a storage here was easy peasy! No issues..
Good storage facility, driving lanes just a lil tight
Customer service agent was very helpful. She was able to move my unit to a different location without any issues.
