RecommendedI ate lunch with friends on a recent trip to Brevard! They have a very eclectic menu, great atmosphere, and delicious food! I will definitely eat there again when I visit!
Great food great service.
There is a wide carrot of entrees from salmon to curry. We loved the pecan brie, chicken curry and French beef sandwich. Everyone wore masks. There is a wait to get in and the kitchen got backed up.
We asked for recommendations for dinner and everyone we asked told us about The Square Root. I have to tell you it exceeds the hype of all those that recommended it!!! The food, atmosphere, and service are second to none!!! A great little gem in Brevard NC.
This was our first time to Brevard and to the Square Root. I had high expectations going in from the reviews I saw online. The Square Root did not disappoint. They had some delicious seasonal offerings that my wife and I absolutely loved. The pecan crusted brie with caramel sauce was on point. My wife loved the rabbit gumbo. And the crispy orange braised pork with salsa verde and fried plantains was among the best braised pork I’ve ever had. My wife and I have nothing but high praise for this restaurant.
The food was delicious and the Painkiller killed the pain from our two day hike! 🤣😂
Delicious food here! Our favorite restaurant in Brevard! Key Lime Pie was divine!!

The staff were very nice. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive. It was delicious but does that compensate the 30 minute wait. I’m not sure just saying.
AWESOME FOOD!!! AWESOME WAIT STAFF!! AWESOME ATMOSPHERE!! AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Other than that...IT WAS AWESOME!!!
