They didn't make our order and did not notice until long after it was supposed to be done, despite us entering multiple times to see if it was ready. They didn't do a good job telling us about their mistake. Then they charged my credit card a second time, instead of refunding and they could not figure out how to fix that. So now I have to go through my credit card company.
I ordered take out. They gave me the wrong pie and the dough was raw on the inside. The person at the counter was very nice but they rushed my pizza. They remedied it at the end.
*In-Person Review* - Customer service is not existent. It’s really bad. - Disorganized point of sale and pick up. - Wait time ~40 min and counting for a slice. - Pizza’s ok, saucy, and crunchy. I do not recommend this pizza shop in person. Order online or support others with better customer service.
Overall a good experience, I ordered the half pie deep dish pizza(can’t recall what toppings), which was flavorful and the bread had a nice crust on outside and fluffy inside. The shop has nice inside decor and great outdoor seating to enjoy the nice weather. Considering there was only a group of three in front of me I felt it took longer than usual(when compared to other pizza shops).
Good pizza, not worth the 25 tho. Try it once, move on. Damn Dave Portnoy, he got me good.
