If I could leave "0" stars I would. The bathrooms are filthy. They need to be deep cleaned. Cleaning a restroom consists of more than "taking out the trash." The walls have mildew, urine, and other things on them. The carpets need to be cleaned regularly. The AC filters aren't changed regularly. There are bugs in the office space. The tenants are respectful to the place and do a great job of maintaining the locating (what they can do). The offices and bathrooms need to be cleaned thoroughly!

Would give 0 stars if I could. A joke of selfish, uncaring landlords, especially Cathy. The most unprofessional group who does not care about the tenants, even if you pay on time for countless years.
