I was a patient of Dr. John Ananthasane for over 4 years. The last two years,, each time I saw him, I was in more pain when I left. They performed a root canal on me in October 2022 and removed the same tooth two weeks later. Obviously, the root canal was not needed or not successful. I paid for these procedures in full. Dr. John's wife June filed insurance claims in 2023 and they were paid $782. I have asked for Dr. John Ananthasane and his wife June to return the payment to me. I was not impressed. My experience at the Square One location was the worst dental appointment I've ever had. My new-patient appt took about 3 hours long! They are SO behind in technology. They took about 20 x-rays one-by-one; it took forever and was so painful to hold the device in my mouth over and over and over as they constantly reposition and take the picture. They are a good business. Dr. John is terrific, and it's very easy to get an appointment. Our whole family sees them now, and I'm glad we're there.

They asked me to come 30 mints early for my first appointment. I reached there at 12:30 for my 1 pm appointment. They were hesitated to provide the form to fill, saying it's lunch break. After some talk, they provide the form to fill. Dr. Unnecessary suggested some treatment. Even though I did a deep cleaning on June from another dentist, they wanted to do another high expensive cleaning. They just wanted to make money. Dr. John is the absolute best dentist! June is amazing helping to make sure we can get in with our busy schedules and my kids actually like going to the dentist now. I HIGHLY recommend. You won't be disappointed!
