Joe is unable to provide actual estimate of costs, will take your money and then do nothing when he refuses to provide formal estimate needed by bank. He stole $25,000 from me and nothing was built. Find anyone else.
I had a superb job with Square One Construction & Consulting who added a 3 season room to my bare existing patio! Timely , efficient, professional , and communicative with me as things proceeded! Will post final pictures as I’m having a few final touch’s done! Joe has vision and has been invaluable. His crew, Austin and Nate are so good - friendly, keep the site clean and also timely - they all have made this project a reality ! Magnificent over all experience!

Contacted Square One yesterday and although they normally do not hang ceiling fans they were able to accommodate me and squeeze me in this afternoon and get me taken care of.
