I hired Joe at Square One to remodel our home as well as build an addition above the garage earlier this year (2024). Fantastic job, great crew, and Joe is easy to work with. Our home is a 30+ year old log house. The original metal roof was just standard agricultural panels that had very little paint left and the screws were loose. We were always concerned that the roof was going to blow away in the next storm. The house was a kit home that was built by the original property owners so not much was square or built to modern code. Joe's crew had to hand fit most of the panels and trim.
