When I first found Dr. Chris I could barely walk up the stairs, it took over a minute going up or down. I could barely hold my baby as the pain it caused in my back was unbearable. I could not bend over to pick something unless I had something to hold onto to push myself back up and I couldn't stand for more than a few minutes for any reason. Well the first week was painful, then by the second week my neck and shoulder pain was so much less. I can turn my neck with much more ease. I take less painful steps. It feels so good! Every few days I take a step back and have more pain. I have been hindered by a sprained ankle that is taking a long time to heal. As soon as that is better I think I'll start to notice a huge improvement in the activities I enjoy doing.

Back in early September, I started to get terribly sick. I would vomit uncontrollably for no reason at any given moment, some days, up to 20 times. I saw all kinds to doctors and specialists to no avail. Endless tests were done. I was examined inside and out; but they couldn¿t figure it out. No one could help me, so they heavily medicated me to help the nauseous feelings. The medicine helped a little, but all it did was try to mask the problem , not solve it. I am loving the changes I have experienced since I started here. When I first came in I delt with so much back pain that I wouldn't even lift my kids which depressed me. A mother should be able to carry her hcildren. Now I have next to no pain and can not only freely lift my children without problems but can swing them around and play with them for lon periods of time. I feel great and have lots more energy. Thanks for being a part of my life. I feel like you know my spine inside and out. I came in with a slight disc herniation that completely changed my lifestyle and personality; I couldn't lay down, sleep, jog or look in any direction other than straight. My head was over 4 inches forward than where it should've seen, and worst of all, I couldn't wrestle or play baseball with my young children.
