I came to get hard gel on Saturday 8/12. My appointment was at 2:00 and I had to wait 30-45 mins to be seen. I asked for a simple french tip and one nail to be fixed. When *****was fixing my nail, she did not smooth it out, and tried to say my finger was crocked. I told her again and again this doesn’t look smoothed out and she ignored me.
