Doctor didn't understand basic pharmacological principles (had to correct her several times having studied psychopharmacology myself), big language barrier, constantly had to ask her to repeat herself, lied about the medical services they provide (friend was getting services she claimed they didn't offer). Also, even though they claimed the doctor "doesn't do in-person visits on Wednesdays, will need to meet with you on Zoom" I had an appointment at 3, and when I left to get in my car at 4:30, she got into the car parked rig... read more
Awful service. If you have mental health problems don’t go here they will make it worse. No one returns phone calls, doctors leave on the regular, can’t speak to anyone unless you wait for almost 20 mins. Calling to get a refill is a joke. You can call multiple times and they ignore your messages or laugh on your face saying oh you’re the message I deleted. They are just awful. Don’t know how they have stayed in business.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have debilitating anxiety that takes a serious toll on my life and mental well being. from the jump I never felt like Olga took me seriously as soon as I mentioned I was on methadone. I have constant panic attacks and very serious generized anxiety and she completely belittled me and at times was down right mean to me. I just got off the phone with a receptionist who was rude and abrupt. I told her to have more respect, especially because today is Veterans Day and she could be speaking to a Veteran !!!! Very disappointing.
