The best place to get that lifestyle change started, the coaches are the best, the energy is always on 10thousand when you walk through the doors. When you walk in the square fit, you are not alone in a fit between you and the mirror with a coach encouraging you along the way. If you know better, you would be in the square.

Square fit is the absolute best whole body work out I have EVER done! Coach Swift, Coach Jas and Coach Vonte each lead a non-judgmental, uplifting, empowering, fun and friendly class! Honestly have you ever went into a gym and felt like all eyes were on you?? Well not at squarefit! All eyes are on the square, instructor and your own individual goal!!

Swift Fitness Studio is a fitness studio like NO OTHER!! The motivation and the energy in the studio is amazing!! & the coaches are phenomenal!! I’m so thankful and glad I joined!!!

Whether you're fresh off the couch or looking to turn your current workout up a notch, Square Fit w/ Swift is where you need to be! I am on my second week of class, and must admit that I have become addicted. While I was looking to jump start my routine, folks of all levels work w/ Swift and we all receive great attention, without judgement! Every workout is different and capitalizes on a mix of cardio & strength training. I always feel better than I arrived when I leave a session, yet physically spent. Money well spent!!
