Honestly? I'm liking the customer service and the pricing for this storage. They're very friendly people. The storage, while it is a bit small for some cases, in my case, was just perfect. I would recommend to people to use this if you have some stuff you want to keep stored away for a little while. And as long as you make your payments, they can work with you.
The second worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never, never do business with these people, they are awful. Use Hippo crate, if you actually expect professional service. Square Feet sucks!
