This company put in 2 windows and siding at my home in 2014. Both windows leak and have ruined my walls, sheet rock, and caused mold to grow. Now I have termites that are attracted to the moisture. Update: I informed the company of the issues above, they have offered to come out and fix any damages. Still waiting on them to show up.
SD is very nice and they put on a professional face! However these people installed leaking windows in my house. They came out and fixed the leaks and they still leak. Guess who is getting a mold inspection and possibly new walls...... Whoops almost forgot the geometry was off on one of the windows from installation.
This company is not honest at all. They did not follow through with their promises. They repeatedly lied about repairing items that they had incorrectly installed on my home. The gutters were not properly pitched therefore they repeatedly overflowed. My windows are leaking and causing damage on the interior of my home. Please beware of this company. They do not provide quality services!!
Square Deal Siding has done outstanding work
Bad customer service. They installed a vinyl ceiling under my carport that buckled within a few months. The owner, his wife, and the salesman all came on separate occasions to look at it and they all said they would fix it. After a whole year of giving me the run around they finally said they weren't going to fix it and I would have to do it myself. They say customer service is most important to them but apparently not in my case. Heard from several other people that had similar experiences.
