Did our guest bathroom remodeling with Brighton. New tub surround, new vanity, new tile floor. The tile work is what I keep noticing when I walk past. Corners are tight, no weird cuts around the toilet flange. Their project manager checked in a few times without being annoying about it. Price was what they quoted at the start, no surprise add-ons at the end. The demo dust was contained pretty well too, they had plastic sheeting up in the hallway.
shopped about for kitchen contractors last fall and was getting nowhere. read through a bunch of reviews on a Mundelein homeowners group and Brighton kept popping up. set up a consult, the estimator actually measured everything instead of eyeballing it which was a nice change. design phase took about three weeks back and forth on cabinet finishes. demo and install ran around five weeks. cabinets are level, drawers all close right. happy we waited

That stuck with me. Took about six weeks from signing the contract to the final walkthrough. Kitchen remodeling works better
First walk through they actually listened instead of pushing us toward whatever was easiest for them. quote came back within a couple days, Fair, no weird line items. install week was tidy, they put down floor protection every morning. the kitchen looks like a different room now.
reached out after seeing a kitchen they did for a friend of a friend. estimate visit was quick and they emailed a written proposal that night. we took about two weeks to think it over and look at a couple other contractors in vernon hills before going back to them. start date held, demo took two days, cabinets went in the following week. backsplash took the longest because of the pattern we picked but they didnt rush it. four weeks door to door
