Contactless storage is bullshit. I prefer to have a real person n office I can go to. The login page is useless. I did a password reset 20 times n still can't login. So I emailed my payment card info on the 4th so I wouldn't be late but they r trying to charge me a late fee. And the other week I was in my unit when it started storming n the damn roof was LEAKING. 5 star customer service, go above and beyond to answer any and all questions. Once they found me the perfect unit, it was remarkably clean. Plus any time I can support veterans I’m all for it.
This by far the best self storage in the Warner Robins area. I have been using Squadron self storage for over 10 years. They are always helpful and friendly , by far the best place for storing personal items. Thanks guys.
