I’ve had the worst experience with Squadlocker, not just once but twice. Because my order was a custom order, I had to deal with a sales rep. He was very good at the beginning then became unresponsive. It took over a month to finalize uniform design and their production time takes over 2 weeks. When the order finally came, half of it was missing with no communication to me about it or when they were going to make up the missing pieces. our volleyball club order t-shirts and sweatshirts with player names on the back. every single one (multiple, separate orders) came in with the last names not straight. 2 voice mails and 2 emails have all gone unanswered.
