100% recommend squad fitness to anyone and everyone! I love the challenging and always changing workouts. The trainers are always upbeat and encouraging, as well as the others coming to the classes to workout! I have been working out here for 4 months now and I feel better than ever! No matter where you are in your exercise journey, you can come to class and feel stronger afterwards.

I was in Huntsville for a few weeks, but didn’t know how many. I searched gyms in the area looking for something similar to my home gym, THIRST in Terre Haute, IN, and Squad looked pretty good. Eddy is awesome and let me “join week to week” for a more than fair rate. Great people here; friendly, uplifting, fun. Well equipped, well coached. I’ll definitely join up again when I’m in town for more than a weekend.

Squad fitness is an awesome gym! It’s clean and organized the staff is so inviting friendly and very helpful. I’ve always had anxiety about going to a gym, thanks to the staff and trainers I feel very comfortable here it’s like a second home.
