Derelict buses that will leave you broke down on the side of the road. SQ canceled our big bus less than 2 hours before pickup because the A/C wasn't working, and sent two smaller buses. So first issue was dividing the party into two, which was disappointing for everyone. This company has the WHOLE package: incredible customer service (I honestly have never met a company this informative, courteous, and responsive), caters to your needs as the client (within reason of course!), variety of fleet options, and great prices to match. I used this company for a birthday event last year and I'm hoping to use them again this year! I've also recommended them personally to two friends who have both used this company and had nothing but great things to say about their experiences!
