I scheduled an appointment for my son who is dealing with a very serious condition. My son’s appointment was canceled because I only have a digital copy of insurance card. It’s 2023, normally physicians ask for that information be emailed to them. This is very disheartening for this to happen considering the circumstances

I have been seeing Dr. Mays for about 4 years. He takes his time and explains to you in layman terms your exam results. He's very patient in listening to your questions and concerns, and he's never in a rush (the reason I left my prior urologist. ) I have recommended him to friends and family, and I recommend him to you. He's a great doctor.
I've been coming to Dr Mays for a few years now. He always takes time to listen and explain to me my condition. I am happy with his care.
I haven't heard of Dr Mays before. My primary Doctor referred me to him. I called in and was scheduled rather easily and my two visits went well. He explained my labs and Xray studies to me and gave me options.
