Never let me down, Only The Soon to be Brinn Family and co workers would stay late for me to put put over there for last minute help. They put their customers before their own wants and needs. Really, really great customer service! Plus, they managed to order the helmet I wanted, which turned out to be a non-trivial affair (and, apparently, a thing no motorcycle gear store in Indy could do….). Thanks!
Long story short, I had a fork issue nobody wanted to fix and no knowledge of how to fix it. Called and spoke with DQ and knew exactly what needed done to fix the issue and fixed me right up for a very reasonable price. Called and needed info and parts for daughter's KTM 50 and spoke with Justin. Not only did he know exactly what he was talking about, but also fixed me right up with answering my questions, getting me the parts and at a very reasonable price.
