Very nice park
Tim recently inspected a home that I was purchasing and he did a wonderful job. The inspection covered every inch of the house and the report was equally as thorough. With what was found in the inspection I was able to negotiate down the sale price. I would recommend Tim's services to anyone and will be using Spyglass in the future. If you’re looking to purchase a home, Tim Davidson from Spyglass Home Inspections is the way to go!!! We called him for a 2nd inspection on a home after we felt the original inspector didn’t do a thorough enough job. Thank goodness we did!
