I really wanted to like this office since I live in Tequesta and it would’ve been convenient. I actually liked the doctor on my first visit but my experience with the front office was horrendous thereafter! They cancelled my next appointments twice in a row. The first cancellation was the afternoon before my appointment, leaving me a voicemail stating they had to cancel my 8AM appointment. I had such a wonderful experience at Spyglass Dermatology in Tequesta. I saw Kimberly Cray, PA, for an annual skin check, and she was wise, kind, intuitive, and incredibly helpful. I was a little nervous going in because of past dermatology experiences being raised on the Main Line of Philadelphia, but Kimberly immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for.
