NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!! – Spyglass Apartments used to be a good place to live when, but this place has gone downhill faster than you could think possible. Under new management, THE MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST! They are both incapable and incompetent. You'd do better talking to a brick wall than trying to talk those people.
Great big place for the price! – We have been living in Spyglass since Feb 2007 and love it here! I guess we got lucky and live in a very quiet area of the complex. We have never been treated rudely or unfairly. If we don't find a house by Feb 2009, we will stay here til we do. It's nice here... I put in work order requests and they are completed in a timely manner, no complaints there. To those who complain about Spyglass Apts, MOVE! I don't want to live with BAD and RUDE residents....
Gives Mansfield a Bad Name – I recently moved out of Spyglass summer 2007. My family and I are long time residents of Mansfield, TX. I am ashamed that this business is in operation considering the way they've treated residents like me. We didn't receive a water bill for months on end, but our eviction notice came when the apartment office staff failed to send a water bill. There is only one trash dumpster and it was emptied once a week. The trash around that one dumpster would get very big on the weekends and the days right ... read more
Don't Move Here – Spyglass Apartments used to be a good place to live when it first opened, but this place has gone downhill faster than one could think possible. Noise, crime, parking, safety and poor construction are all major problems. The management is the worst!
