I’ve lived here over 3 years now and I just renewed my lease for another year. When you find something good you hold on to it! Spyglass has been my home and I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who works here from the maintenance staff to Cami and Tiffani in the leasing office, you guys are awesome, always willing to help.
I write in review of the team at Spyglass, led by the general manager, Tiffany. The team does an exceptional job in caring for the community. There is a lot of competition in the sub-market, and in my opinion (have rented here for 3.5 years) the Spyglass team is best-in-class. Special shout out to Dani, a woman who as the grounds field general keeps the property squared away. Week in, week out, Dani keeps the grounds safe and clean. Thanks, Dani! Sincerely, James
I have been a resident for a year and they are truly the best !! Get things taking care of asap and very understandable. The team is awesome !! Management and all Tiffany and Cam rock !! They are truly amazing at what they do !!
I really enjoyed my time living at Spyglass Apartments. The leasing office was always professional, timely, and easy to communicate with whenever I had questions or needed support. The property itself is well-maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. I especially loved the pool — it’s such a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to others looking in the Jacksonville area!
This is a beautiful community, the staff is very friendly and work quality to accommodate the needs of there tenants.
