READ THIS BEFORE YOU MOVE IN!!! Our experience with Spyglass Apartments was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. When we first moved in, we immediately encountered serious issues with the apartment, including mold and numerous cockroaches, both dead and alive. We had just moved in and were shocked to find these conditions. We documented everything with photographs, emails, receipts, and other records. I had such a great experience working with Cami! She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made everything so much easier than I expected. She was always quick to answer my questions and made sure I understood everything along the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place and making the process as smooth as possible. I definitely recommend working with Cami!
I can't say enough great things about the office staff and especially the maintenance staff. I had an issue today and called the emergency line before the office opened and within an hour of submitting my request the issue was resolved. Great care was taken to clean up the debris after the work was finished and as always the entire team was so polite, professional, and helpful. Thank you all for actually caring about the property, the residents, and going above and beyond.
I’ve had a great experience at Aventon Soraya, and I especially want to recognize Mr. Luis from the maintenance team. He is always kind, respectful, and professional. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, he has responded quickly and completed the job with care and attention to detail. His positive attitude and dedication truly make a difference and help make this community a better place to live. Thank you, Mr. Luis, for your outstanding service and hard work.
