I absolutely love my apartment. Tiffany and Annabelle made my move from New Jersey incredibly smooth, especially considering I didn’t even see the unit until move-in day. Their communication and responsiveness were amazing, and their energy made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. I recently got a promotion with my job that had me relocate to the Jacksonville area. I came to Spyglass in a little bit of a time crunch trying to get a lease sorted out by EOD. The leasing agent Annabelle was extremely helpful and professional when it came to getting all of my apartment needs figured out in my time frame. Annabelle spent several hours helping me get the required documents and approval needed to move in ASAP! I really appreciate the help and am looking forward to moving in!
I applied for an apartment while I was out of town, but the Checkpoint ID verification did not go through. I emailed then called the leasing office to request that my application be canceled. Despite this, they proceeded to process it, charged the application fee, and ultimately denied me on the grounds of “fraudulent ID.” Concerned by this, I contacted Checkpoint directly. I have been here at Spyglass for almost 2 months. Never, never seen anyone cleaning the hallways. Like the elevators, it looks awful and smells bad. The management doesn’t care about it otherwise it should be different and everything should be cleaned. I am considering leaving even after one month here. Very disappointed.
