RecommendedSpyderpops knows how to treat their customers! They sent a replacement LED light strip to me at no charge, even though it had been 18 months since I ordered the BRT Light rear system. Because of a medical situation I had, I waited 18 + months to install the equipment after purchasing it, only to find out one of the light strips didn't work. we took one of our spyders to have the spark plugs changed and we took our other spyder to get an estimate for our insurance company from where it was stolen. they kept our bikes for a month and then called my husband and said they couldn't do anything for us. They couldn't give us an estimate because there was too much wrong with the one bike that was stolen. the other bike they said they couldn't change the spark plugs. Had an awesome time going to SPYDERPOPS! Trip was to get some accessories, but they found a few necessities and I'm very grateful for Pop's and his entire team. Blessed to meet and talk with Terri Clark too, what an inspiration she is. Got a copy of her book and will start reading it soon. Thanks for the hospitality and more so for keeping me SAFE, my ride home was more enjoyable knowing I was taken care of!
So far not a fan of Spyderpops. I placed an order Friday and it is now Thursday night and the order still hasn’t arrived. So much for 2 day shipping. When it does arrive I will send it right back!
