Long overdue review. Initial interactions were positive, but the experience quickly declined. I was approved for financing and clearly selected a lower-mileage limousine. When I arrived to pick it up, they provided the higher-mileage vehicle instead. I accepted it at the time, but visible scuffs and condition issues suggested prior use or poor build quality.
