Excellent Lauren is the best.
I was looking for a Chevy Trailblazer online for my daughter. Lauren contacted through phone and via text. When I say Lauren was extremely aggressive that’s just what I mean. Waited 2 weeks for appointment, dropped off a day early with instructions that I can only receive text messages or to call my husband. Called multiple times and repeatedly got Dino's voicemail. NEVER spoke with Dino, brought in for STRONG exhaust smell. Husband goes to pick up and $184 totally different diagnosis. Can't trust anyone anywhere any more and still needs to be repaired. So much for customer service. Ramona can verify how many times we tried to contact our service advisor.
I worked with Lauren on my Chevy , and she was amazing!. Super helpful and patient throughout the process. She went out of her way to get me the best deal and made everything quick and stress-free. Highly recommend reaching out to Lauren if you want someone who truly cares about her customers and delivers!
My friend had the worst experience.. they are nice till you buy and after that all the problems you get, you are on your own. The aftermarket warranty is worthless
