Jeremy and Tim came out to do our AC and Furnace install. They took the time to listen and understand what we wanted. Since we have lived in this house for 10 years, we have always had airflow problems in the back bedrooms. Once Tim finished up on the install he took 5 minutes to look over the duct work in our garage. He made some recommendations and his recommendations fixed our problem. Spurk's technician arrived within 2 hours of us calling. He was very knowledgeable and communicated with us all through the process. They definitely do not try to upsell you at all. It was a great experience from our initial call to them throughout the repair process. I highly recommend for great service and communication, as well as reasonably priced.
