We had everything from furnace cleanup, to estimates for airbox for main furnace, to est. for separate Mitsubishi Split unit in other area of home. When my 25+ year old furnace quit running,I placed phone calls to a few local HVAC contractors. Shortly after leaving a message with Spurk, Lisa promptly returned my call and told me a technician (Chuck) would arrive within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Chuck discussed my options and recommended a furnace replacement. This was my first time using this company, and honestly, I didn’t have any recommendations to go off so this was a gamble, but it paid off. I had an issue with my furnace on a Sunday, and Nick from Spurk was out to my house by noon the following day. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained to me what was happening and why, and even showed me after getting into my furnace what was happening. Nick was extremely helpful explaining the issue to me and helping me understand what was the problem and how he was fixing it. He thoroughly explained everything he did and why it was necessary, and was overall awesome to work with. Luckily, it was an easy fix! Thank you Nick and will certainly be doing business with Spurk again in the future based on my experience.
