Great and well maintained apartments for a good price
My husband and I have lived at this apartment complex for four years now and have absolutely loved it. The complex itself is beautiful and the management team has always been great. Any issues we’ve had (all being very minor) have been fixed quickly. They’ve always been incredibly respectful of our space. It honestly feels like we live in an HOA housing neighborhood instead of an apartment complex. We’ll be sticking around for a while!
I have rented here for approximately four years now with minimal issues. This is one of the few places in Laramie that allows pets, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, the apartments and grounds are well maintained, adding to the relaxed environment. The location is ideal where it is outside of city limits but still close enough to grocery stores and the University. The recent change in management over the last year has been greatly beneficial.
