Don't deal with this dealership cause they owe me money $4,000.00 for a deal that didn't go through and if you owe them money they keep hounding you they say it takes 2 to 3 days to refund your money but doesn't take them just a few minutes to take it from you that's considered stealing from customers I would advise anyone to consider going elsewhere to buy a vehicle sure wouldn't from the dodge place.
THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN AMERICA. NEVER BUYING ANOTHER DODGE SOLEY BASED OFF MY EXPERIENCE WITH DODGE HOUSE WACO. I LITERALLY SPENT 4,000+ ON TRUCK REPAIRS AND TWO MONTHS LATER EVERYTHING I PAID TO BE FIXED IS NOT FUNCTIONAL AGAIN. THEN THEIR TRYING TO RECHARGE ME TO FIX THEM AGAIN.. COMPLETE RIP OFF. THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EXPERIENCE EVER. PLEASE VE CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS AT DODGE HOUSE WACO.. Not even worth one star.
They are offering a good price on a Jeep I am interested in
Well I took my truck into spur dodge with a problem. They put it on the diagnostic machine supposedly and they said it was an instrument cluster problem. Waited 2-3 weeks to get part in and waited another week for them to put it in after I went up there and demanded where my truck was. This was on a Saturday. Got it back that afternoon. Barely drove it Sunday and get up Monday morning and the same problem again. Wow so we will see how they handle this!!!!
